Our Nesco/ American Harvest FD-77DT Digital Dehydrator features 600 watts of drying power that generates maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, herbs, beef jerky, and venison jerky. Helps dry food in hours, not days like ordinary food dehydrators. Our Patented Converga-Flow drying system forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber not through the trays providing even heat. The hot air is forced horizontally across each individual tray, converging on the core for fast, even and nutritious drying. There is no flavor mixing and no need to rotate trays. Nesco's adjustable thermostat allows you to dry different foods at proper temperatures 95-160 degrees, providing the flexibility to produce the best drying results. Our top mounted fan prevents liquids from dripping into the heating chamber! This Dehydrator comes with four trays; and can expand to 12 trays with the purchase of additional trays. Drying automatically adjusts to the number of trays.
